Occasionally I come up with something worthwhile

Natasha and I saw Matrix Revolutions on Wednesday (opening day). I definitely think the third movie makes up for the horrible "ending" of the second, however it was kind of cheesy and left you with somewhat of a "but that's not a good enough explanation..." kind of feeling. Reviewers gave it a C-, Yahoo users gave it an A+. I'd give it a B just because it was a part of the trilogy, not necessarily because I liked it (in other words, the first movie's amazingness boosts this one's ratings a bit).

Last night Natasha and I went to the "Tony Hawk Boom Boom Huck Jam" (I hate that name). It was fun and pretty much just what I expected. We had great seats down near the front where we could see everything (except the full loop stunt, but that wasn't very exciting after having seen it on Jackass -- besides, everyone did it flawlessly, so it was kind of boring). Seeing all that skating and bike riding in person was really neat, however the coolest thing would have to be the freestyle motocross; those people took these huge 100+ foot (they said the skate ramp was 100 feet wide, and the dirt bike jumps were on either side of the ramp) jumps way up in the air and flung themselves all around. I'd definitely recommend to anyone to go see it if you're in to that kind of stuff.
